Job Summary
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving complex issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email, responding promptly and prioritizing customer needs
- Analyze data, using stories and experience to complement data, and seek out ways to improve and promote quality
- Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully to develop alternative solutions
- Effectively communicate, listen, and get clarification, focusing on solving customer needs, maintaining confidentiality, and following policies and procedures
- Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views, giving and receiving feedback, and contributing to building a positive team environment
- Treat people with respect, inspire trust, and support organizational values and goals with integrity
- Support affirmative action and respect diversity
- Perform physical tasks, including carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, standing, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching during shifts up to 12 hours long
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
- Physical ability to perform tasks, including carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a logistics or delivery environment
- Knowledge of Amazon's policies and procedures
- Familiarity with data analysis and problem-solving tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
