Experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative – Film and Supply Chain Operations

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and managing inventory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Process and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

• Utilize the UPS World Ship system to prepare daily orders for shipment, adhering to established procedures.
• Verify that all Sales Orders have been processed prior to performing end-of-day procedures, ensuring seamless operations.
• Manage inventory by receiving incoming shipments of film, tools, and supplies, verifying shipments against packing slips, and reconciling physical inventory.
• Submit purchase orders to order film and/or tools, recording receipt of goods and reconciling inventory.
• Stock film and rotate older stock to the front, while storing other warehouse supplies, tools, and chemicals in designated areas.
• Prepare and process the Daily Conversion List, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Process return-authorizations according to company procedures, replacing damaged boxes and defacing shipping labels on restocked film.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, taking out trash, sweeping floors, and ensuring aisles and doorways are free of debris, trash, or obstructions.
• Order warehouse supplies and tools as needed, ensuring efficient operations.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

* Analyze and interpret regulations, work instructions, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Utilize basic math skills to mix cleaning solutions, count materials, and follow safety procedures.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Max computer software.

Management System (QMS/EMS) Responsibilities:

* Participate in identifying how your work affects the quality and environmental aspects of our products or services.

• Improve work processes, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
• Write procedures or work instructions that describe your work, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Provide input and verify that documented procedures are adequate and accurate.
• Understand and use work/job instructions, ensuring seamless operations.
• Understand our quality and environmental policies and how they apply to you.
• Keep records and data, participating in internal audits and ongoing process improvement.
• Participate in external registration and surveillance audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Desired Minimum Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.

• 2 years of related experience in a warehouse or customer service environment.

Special Requirements:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

• Ability to operate various software programs, including CRM.
• Lifting up to and including 50 pounds, with proper lifting techniques.

Physical Demands:

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday.

Work Environment:

* The performance of this position represents a typical office environment but occasionally requires exposure to the manufacturing areas, which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and steel toe or composite toe shoes.
