Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack customer sales representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a sales representative, you'll be responsible for identifying new client insurance needs, developing a prospective customer base, and advertising our insurance products. You'll also be responsible for onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, ensuring a personalized experience for each and every client.

Responsibilities

As a full stack customer sales representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
  • Identifying new client insurance needs, insurance risks, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
  • Onboarding incoming and retaining existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks
  • Developing a prospective customer base and advertising our insurance products
  • Processing current policyholders' insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
  • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Certification in a related field (e.g. insurance, financial planning)

Pay and Benefits

* Pay: $7,457.00 - $8,140.00 per month
