As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you'll be at the forefront of this effort, working closely with our team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients across the continent
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Dispatching technicians and field staff to customer locations as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions and dispatch activities
• Collaborating with the customer service team to achieve service level agreements and quality targets
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
• Working variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 customer service coverage

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to type 35+ wpm and maintain accurate records
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or dispatching a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Bi-lingual abilities (English and Spanish)
• Previous experience in customer service or dispatching
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
