Responsibilities
As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring our clients' customers have a smooth and hassle-free experience
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients grow their business
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a quick turnaround time and high volume of customer interactions
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn and grow with our team
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
- Gaming experience, which can be beneficial in terms of multitasking and adaptability
- A strong understanding of the automotive industry and its products and services
