Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Specialist to join our remote customer support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch live chat support to customers across various channels, including our clients' websites and social media accounts. With full training provided, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and set your own hours, as long as you commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their questions and concerns
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior support agents as needed
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support experiences across all channels
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues, using our proprietary CRM system
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our clients' products and services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • 10+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike

Preferred Qualifications
