Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Medical Patient Advocacy and Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outcome-based solutions for our physician referral sources and existing patient population, ensuring seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Working closely with clinical, sales, and service departments to submit new orders, monitor their completion, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Preparing and analyzing billing and setup paperwork for patient services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshooting issues, identifying solutions, and dispatching corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization, ensuring timely resolution and patient satisfaction.
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting patient information and analyzing customer needs, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Actively participating in the training of new customer service and sales personnel, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with a proven track record of work experience in customer service or a related field.
  • The ability to learn and apply market and product information, as well as patient billing and insurance requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
