Job Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Working with Utility bills in a fast-paced data entry capacity, requiring high accuracy and speed.
• Evaluating and growing equipment and automation to help power performance for our rebate aggregator operations process.
• Managing document transfers, reporting, rejection management, trending, and rebate reconciliation.
• Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our subscribers and content creators.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in data entry or a related field preferred.

• 10-key speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 13,000 kph on the assessment.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, with experience in data entry software and systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and support.
