Job Summary

As an International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative – Late Night/Early Morning Shift, you will be responsible for promoting arenaflex's travel products and services to direct consumers through outbound sales calls and webchat interactions. You will establish and maintain quality customer relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and meet/exceed revenue goals. This is a remote position, and you will be required to work a late night/early morning shift, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote arenaflex's travel products and services to direct consumers through outbound sales calls and webchat interactions

  • Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, and identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations
  • Meet/exceed revenue goals by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and closing sales
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, and maintain consumer prospect lists/contact database to identify client travel trends
  • Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing, and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and auxiliary products such as stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and other shipboard amenities
  • Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers
  • Participate in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years sales experience preferred; cruise sales a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, in order to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally
  • Strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products, including the current fleet and ship itineraries
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven
  • Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required

Preferred Qualifications

* Fluency in any language other than English; if so, which one?

  • Experience communicating with guests/clients via live chat
  • Availability to work a late night/early morning shift, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Salary range: $24,960 plus individuals may be eligible to participate in the company's Sales Incentive Plan

  • Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws

Schedule

* 8-hour shift

  • Every weekend
  • Morning shift
  • Overnight shift
  • Flexible schedule that may include weekends
  • One of the following 5-day/9-hour schedules:

+ M-Th & Sunday: 4am-1pm EST + M & Wed-Saturday: 5am-2pm EST + M-Wed, Fri, Sun: 6am-3pm EST + M, Tue, Thur, Sat & Sun (split shift): 6am-10am & 5pm-9pm + M, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun (split shift): 8am-12pm & 7pm-11pm
