Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to join our team and lead the development of strategic insights and customer support initiatives. As a key member of our data science team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong background in data science, leadership, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external partners to drive business outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the data science team
- Develop and implement processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies
- Develop and manage budgets to support data science initiatives
- Lead the development of data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and implement processes to ensure data-driven decision making

Essential Capabilities
* Experience with data science and analytics tools such as SQL, R, Python, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and others
- Profound knowledge of SQL and data modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience with data quality, integrity, and security best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics
Preferred Capabilities
* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline
- Experience communicating at the executive level
- Experience driving cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes
- Experience with data science and analytics tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques
- Experience with natural language processing and text analytics
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
