Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Service team as a remote Customer Service Representative. This role is essential in maintaining arenaflex's reputation for providing unparalleled customer service and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our passengers. As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information about flight schedules, fare information, and other inquiries
- Assist customers with booking, changing, and cancelling reservations
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, empathetic manner
- Record and manage customer information and interactions in our CRM system
- Stay updated on arenaflex policies, procedures, and promotions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
