Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Professionally answering calls and addressing caller inquiries as needed, routing calls to the appropriate resource when necessary
  • Performing research using available resources to provide required information to callers
  • Identifying and escalating more complex issues to the research team
  • Completing necessary administrative work as needed and accurately documenting call logs
  • Participating in other projects as assigned by your supervisor
