Position Summary
We're currently hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in your area to join our Caremark Member Operations division of arenaflex's Pharmacy Benefit Manager business. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and balance your priorities in and outside of work while delivering heart-driven service to our customers. You'll be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to our members
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
- Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
- Offer solutions to help simplify our customers' healthcare experience
- Learn more about healthcare and expand your own experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex
Work from Home Opportunity

Training and Development
Our comprehensive training program is designed to ensure your success on the team. You'll receive onsite training of a minimum of 6 weeks, which includes hands-on learning, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day one. Training location can vary by individual experience with onsite and work-from-home positions.
Schedule Options
We offer flexible schedule options to create a work-life balance for those balancing priorities in and outside of work. Our full-time schedules range from 30-40 hours per week, with days off and hours varying based on business needs.
Variability in Schedules
As we staff our business in a strategic and dynamic way, we may adjust scheduled working hours to meet the variability of call volume. There may be periods of peak volume where we increase your standard hours worked, and times where call volumes fall, and we may reduce scheduled hours. Any increase or decrease to hours will be communicated with advance notice to a colleague and without impact to benefit eligibility.

Pay and Compensation
Pay rates start at $17.50, and the typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.45. In addition to your compensation, you'll enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts its heart into caring for its colleagues and communities.
Required Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
- At least 6 months of healthcare experience
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
