About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our hybrid team, working from our San Antonio, Texas location 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. As a Premier Service Consultant, you'll be the frontline in providing solutions to prospective and existing customers, optimizing their service experience, driving satisfaction and loyalty. You'll handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans and devices, as well as address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers.

  • Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions.
  • Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records.
  • Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services.
  • Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service.

  • Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn up to $17.41 per hour, plus up to $12,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.

Requirements:

* Call center or customer service experience.

  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment handling a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for customers.
  • Proficiency in multiple tools and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Work-from-Home (WFH) Requirements:

* Verified internet service, with a secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed connection.

  • An established dedicated work area, with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
  • Ability to participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, and video chats.
  • Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, and participate in recurring management routines.
