  • Customer Service Skills: Outstanding customer service and communication skills are essential, as you'll be handling sales calls, scheduling cleanings, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion are crucial in this role.
  • Technical Skills: You'll need to be comfortable using web-based sales, scheduling, and client service applications, as well as embracing new technologies like AI Sales Agents and AI Scheduling Agents.
  • Trustworthiness and Integrity: Trustworthiness and integrity are essential in this role, as you'll be delivering on promises and representing arenaflex in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Love for Sales and Marketing: A love for both sales and marketing is a must, as you'll be working closely with our marketing team to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Calls: Handle sales calls and convert them into scheduled cleaning services, constantly striving to meet weekly sales targets.

  • Sales Funnels: Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rates.
  • Initial Cleanings: Oversee initial cleanings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Client Follow-up: Follow up with clients post-cleaning to convert one-time clients into repeat customers, resolving any issues with top-notch customer service.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication.
  • Digital Marketing: Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics.
  • Scheduling: Must be a great scheduler, supporting the Employee Engagement Manager when needed.
  • AI Integration: Embrace the integration of AI technology into our sales and marketing processes.

Compensation:
