The Role

As an arenaflex Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be part of our marketing and sales team, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, drafting answers to product questions via email, responding to inbound leads, and jumping on calls to ensure you understand the client's needs and share more about our product and process.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat

  • Draft answers to product questions and provide clear, concise information
  • Respond to inbound leads and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • 5+ years of full-time work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in customer relationship management
  • Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and accountability
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and adaptability to a fast-paced environment

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
