Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk (Help Desk Support) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers via phone, email, or online chat
- Opening and submitting tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
- Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring that customers receive updates on the status of their issue
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborating with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex issues and provide coordinated support to customers
- Staying organized and focused on closing out tickets quickly to ensure efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required but highly desirable)
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing systems
