The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Spanish), you'll play a critical role in our Collections department, communicating with borrowers and resolving customer issues in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer service regarding issues in a high-volume call center
- Opening clients' complaints and resolving customer disputes
- Deescalating customer issues and escalating to appropriate managers as needed
- Meeting defined department goals and activity metrics
- Daily and weekly reporting to direct supervisors
- Providing pay-off quotes to dealers and customers
- Providing written account information as requested by customers
- Answering inbound phone calls as needed
- Handling transfer of ownership
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Demonstrated historical career stability
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of related customer service experience
- Detail-conscious and task-oriented mindset
- Commitment to excellent customer service to our customers and dealer partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Schedule
* Hourly compensation: $18.53/hour
- Competitive monthly bonus structure
- Monday to Friday schedule, with flexible start times (8:00am to 4:30pm EST or 9:00am to 5:30pm EST)
