Job Summary

As an Experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and customers through live online chats. You'll be the face of our brand, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services in a professional and engaging manner. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services through proactive and engaging communication
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image through all interactions
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed to ensure seamless customer service delivery

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote or online customer service environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
