Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. You'll be the face of our brand, and your enthusiasm, empathy, and problem-solving skills will make all the difference in building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment, ensuring customers have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Assist in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transport merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store, ensuring accurate inventory levels and a visually appealing store environment.
- Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using our point-of-sale system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, preventing potential issues and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Perform all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention initiatives.
Position Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
- Experience: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
