Schedule and Compensation Details

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy a competitive pay rate of $26 per hour, plus a range of benefits and perks that support your well-being and career growth. Our hybrid work schedule offers the flexibility to work from home and in our office, with a balance of remote and in-office days to suit your needs.

Office Rotation:

Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday

Work from Home Rotation:

Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Processing product complaints:

You will be the first point of contact for customers who have experienced issues with our products or services. You will listen to their concerns, investigate the issue, and provide a resolution that meets their needs.

Maintaining a positive experience:

You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and courteous, even in challenging situations.

Accurately updating databases:

You will be responsible for updating our databases with pertinent details and product information, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.

Escalating issues:

You will be responsible for escalating issues to the appropriate levels as needed, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.

Confidentiality:

You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer and proprietary information, following procedures set forth for handling complaints.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

High school diploma or equivalent:

You will need a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.

Customer service experience:

You will need at least 6 months of customer service experience to apply for this role.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills:

You will need to be able to think critically and solve problems effectively, while also being organized and able to prioritize tasks.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment:

You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work a hybrid work schedule:

You will need to be able to work a hybrid work schedule that includes both remote and in-office days.
