Job Description:

As a Senior Product Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive product system, including related guides and key business goals (OKRs) for your specific product
• Analyzing data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, UX designers, data researchers, and colleagues to deliver a product that meets the needs of our clients
• Communicating complex product ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal
• Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, including clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Driving innovation and creativity, using data and insights to inform product decisions and drive business growth
• Leading and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve product development and client engagement

Essential Qualifications:

* Four-year degree or equivalent experience

• 4+ years of product management experience, using search, suggestions, or artificial intelligence-powered products to build best-in-class web-based business client experiences
• Experience driving collaboration across multiple teams to ensure alignment and focus on client issues
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex product ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proven track record of building innovative and engaging client experiences, informed by data from multiple sources (surveys, A/B testing, client research)
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into product visions, strategies, and roadmaps to drive product growth from zero to one
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results
