Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Utilize provided documentation and resources to answer common questions and address customer needs
- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
