Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinical team. You'll work from the comfort of your own home office, using our state-of-the-art technology to provide exceptional customer care. This is a rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinical team

  • Provide exceptional customer care, responding to caller inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of caller interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer care skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for advancement and career growth

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required, with holidays paid at time ½
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
  • Background check will be conducted as part of the interview process
  • Federal work-eligibility check will be conducted upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare technology
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus)
