What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and making recommendations to improve their health plans. You'll be the difference between an average customer experience and an exceptional one.

A Typical Day in Your Role

* Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to our customers' health plans

• Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers to customers regarding general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
• Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information
• Collaborate with your team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience

• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience
• High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset of your choice)
• A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in

Reporting and Teamwork

You'll report to a Team Lead and contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team. You'll work collaboratively with your team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.
