Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to work with our development team and operational team to migrate development codes to various environments within the CC&B application. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and analytical background, with a proven track record of success in developing, modifying, debugging, and evaluating business applications and programs within the IT Meter to Cash Customer Billing framework.
Key Responsibilities
* Migrate development codes to various environments within the CC&B application
- Analyze codes, design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate business applications/programs within the IT Meter to Cash Customer Billing framework
- Collaborate with the development team and operational team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features and applications
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to coding best practices and standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with the development team and operational team
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team and operational team on CC&B system-related matters
- Enhance the end-user experience by developing and implementing user-friendly and intuitive applications and features
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL, Excel, Word, Microsoft Access, and XML
- Strong business/technical analytical and organizational skills
- Basic level of interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a dynamic team environment
- Strong Relational Database experience for configuration and migration
- Working knowledge of CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) application
- Ability to enhance the end-user experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with HTML, Javascript, and other front-end development technologies
- Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and infrastructure
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) system and its various components
