The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, providing product information and recommendations as needed
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
