Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate information: You'll be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to customers about our products, services, and policies.
- Handling customer inquiries: You'll receive in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim, and you'll work with them to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactive problem-solving: You'll use your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues.
- Working in a fast-paced environment: You'll be working in a single client/functional environment or multi-client/multi-functional environment, and you'll need to be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience: You'll need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED: You'll need to have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm EST: You'll need to be available to work Monday-Friday from 12pm-9pm EST.
- Ability to commit to a home office environment: You'll need to be able to commit to working from home and maintaining a distraction-free environment during working hours.
