Essential Job Functions
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch assistance to customers via phone and in-person, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Managing Customer Accounts: Receive and record payments, market to current and former customers, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintaining Office Operations: Secure cash drawers, balance and prepare deposits, and perform administrative tasks such as checking branch mail, filing, and office supplies.
- Investigating Credit and Processing Loan Applications: Conduct thorough investigations and process loan applications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Performing Other Duties: Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Effective Communication and Time Management Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage your time efficiently.
- Reliable Personal Transportation: Possess a reliable vehicle with insurance for travel to and from work.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to stand and sit for long periods, lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
