Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect:

Shift and Availability
We're looking for candidates who can commit to working a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work day, evening, or night shifts. You'll need to be available to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday.
Training and Support
As a new hire, you'll participate in four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM EDT, Tuesday through Saturday. Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role.
