Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with their travel needs. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive experience for all travelers. You will be using various communication channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Requirements
