Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and Moderating Online Forum Discussions: You will be the first point of contact for many users, ensuring that all online forum discussions are in compliance with arenaflex's policies and guidelines. Your duties will include:

+ Reviewing all new posts and comments to maintain a positive and productive community. + Taking appropriate action when necessary, such as removing inappropriate content. + Warning users who violate the guidelines. + Banning users who repeatedly violate the guidelines.

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries in a Timely and Professional Manner: You will provide accurate and helpful information to ensure a positive user experience, communicating clearly and effectively in writing. Your expectations will include:

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service and Ensuring a Positive User Experience: You will be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all users have a positive experience on the platform. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Being friendly, helpful, and patient, even when dealing with difficult or frustrated users. + De-escalating tense situations and finding mutually beneficial solutions. + Ensuring that all users have a positive experience on the platform.

  • Escalating Complex Issues to Senior Moderators or Management as Needed: You will be able to handle many customer inquiries independently, but there will be instances where you need to escalate issues to senior moderators or management. Your instances requiring escalation will include:

+ Users repeatedly violating the guidelines. + Uncertainty in handling a particular inquiry. + Collaborating with the team to find the best solutions for complex issues.

  • Maintaining a Professional Demeanor and Positive Attitude at All Times: As a representative of arenaflex, you will maintain professionalism and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. Your expectations will include:

+ Remaining calm and focused when dealing with difficult or frustrated users. + Handling criticism and feedback gracefully. + Adapting to changing situations and priorities.
