Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent / Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding arenaflex's products and services while addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues effectively and guiding customers through resolution processes, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement and reporting, helping us to refine our processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, setting the tone for exceptional customer service.

Requirements
