Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an arenaflex team member, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our e-commerce initiatives, managing product listings on Amazon, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our online operations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and updating Amazon product listings efficiently to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines
  • Entering and maintaining accurate data in various systems, including Amazon Seller Central and other online selling platforms
  • Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock management to ensure optimal product availability
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting market research to identify trending products and competitors, and providing insights to enhance our marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and optimize online listings
  • Assisting in data analysis and reporting to enhance business performance and inform data-driven decisions
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing regular updates to management and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience as a virtual assistant or data entry specialist, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and online selling processes, including product listing management and inventory control
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a keen eye for error detection and correction
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for online listings, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online selling platforms

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Excel
  • Familiarity with Amazon's policies and guidelines, including product listing requirements and inventory management best practices
