Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage customer interaction via inbound calls: Provide exceptional customer service, managing customer interactions via inbound calls.
  • Provide an optimum level of service: Ensure that customers receive an optimum level of service, with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer.
  • Advise customers on the best approach: Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Spanish (communication level).
