Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Chat Support Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat software. Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing information in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting customers in making decisions and resolving customer complaints and issues
• Communicating with customers through live chat software, providing prompt and accurate responses
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Staying up-to-date with product and service information to provide expert advice to customers
• Following up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

Contract Length and Pay Rate

This is a part-time, remote position with no fixed term, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms.
