About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be the critical link between arenaflex and our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
