Key Responsibilities
As a remote customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely, professional manner
- Utilizing technology to access client information, resolve issues, and provide solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Schedule and Flexibility
We understand that flexibility is essential for a work-life balance. As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you. While the majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.
Earnings and Revenue
As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on client, performance metrics, and phone call status. Our competitive rates typically range from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting or exceeding client and performance expectations.

Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:
- A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)
Work Environment Requirements
To maintain a productive and professional work environment, you'll need:
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- An organized desk area
Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll remain responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and work-related expenses. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
