The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This is a contractor position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex's services
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, using our CRM system
- Collaborate with pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies, using your insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Key Requirements
* Fluent, near-native level spoken English
- Availability to work US business hours (Eastern Standard Time)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service or a related field (1-2 years preferred)
- Proficiency with common computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus, but not required – training will be provided!
