As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' members receive exceptional support and guidance in navigating their healthcare benefits. You'll be the face of our organization, providing empathetic and informative responses to inbound phone calls, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure seamless transitions for our clients' members
  • Looking up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization pre-requisites, and coverage to provide accurate information
  • Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, Vision, Over the Counter, and other services to address member inquiries
  • Processing claims inquiries, including resolving billing issues and providing self-help options
  • Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries, Grievances/Complaints, and managing LEP inquires and disputes
  • Assisting with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs
  • Providing self-help options, including member portal access and local locations for pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist services

Experience Required for Your Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 18 months of call center experience, with a strong background in customer service
  • A High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment
  • A healthcare background is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to display empathy and care
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection (50 Mb/s download speeds and 10 Mb/s upload speeds)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality standards
