Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. Your primary responsibility will be to work directly with clients to set up and maintain the ideal environment for serving Coca-Cola products. This includes performing mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain equipment, investigating and troubleshooting issues, and maintaining all refrigeration equipment in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain equipment, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards

  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues with pop fountain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring that Coca-Cola products are served at the perfect temperature
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, working closely with clients to resolve issues and exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines and equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)

  • Previous experience in customer support, technical services, or a related field
  • Familiarity with soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
