Key Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through live chat support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving engagement in our digital landscape. Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Interaction:

Research and Problem-Solving:

Data Management:

Qualifications
