Key Responsibilities
As a Psychic Tarot Chat Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate and compassionate readings to clients via phone, chat, or other digital platforms
- Utilizing your skills and expertise as a Psychic, Tarot Reader, Astrology Reader, Clairvoyant, Medium, or Spiritual Counsellor to help clients find answers and harmony in their lives
- Maintaining a warm and understanding tone in all interactions with clients
- Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our 24/7 service
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets and revenue goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience as a Psychic, Tarot Reader, Astrology Reader, Clairvoyant, Medium, or Spiritual Counsellor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital platforms
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
