Job Summary
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical and customer support to our clients via inbound calls and emails. You'll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues, and your goal will be to resolve their problems efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with our team to troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional technical and customer support via inbound calls and emails
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Collaborate with our team to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Follow specific guidelines and procedures while working independently
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and SLAs
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in technical customer support or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Zendesk and/or Dialpad is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field is a plus
