Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our part-time remote team. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and ensuring a smooth resolution to their inquiries. This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your home, with flexible working hours and a competitive hourly rate of $15-$20 per hour.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing real-time support to customers through live chat, resolving their inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Utilizing internal systems to track and manage customer cases, collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues

  • Working a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule to meet the needs of the team

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional customer service training or certification a plus
