Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective support to customers through live chat on our clients' websites

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize provided documentation and resources to answer frequently asked questions and complex queries
  • Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless customer support and continuous improvement
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) preferred

  • 10+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer service platforms
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (dependent on client base)
