Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative Part-Time (Work From Home) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support
- Resolving customer issues following arenaflex's guidelines and procedures, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Multitasking across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring that customers receive clear and concise information
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A desktop or laptop with Windows 11 or higher (no Chromebooks or MacBooks)
- A friendly, social personality that can build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivation and a willingness to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous call center experience (preferred), but not required

Schedule
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Monday-Friday: 4pm-6pm
- Saturdays: 8am-8pm
- Weekends and holidays required, ensuring that we can provide 24/7 support to our clients
