Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative/Part Time - Remote at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, managing outbound follow-up calls, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll work from home, enjoying a part-time schedule with up to 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with shifts starting at 10AM or noon. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide basic policy information and transfer calls to the correct team when escalation is required
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, handle time, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
* 2+ years of Customer Service experience, with a focus on call center operations (a plus!)
- High school diploma or GED
- High level of accuracy when completing tasks
- Proficient PC skills with typing of 30+ WPM
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
