We're currently hiring Inbound Work from Home Customer Service Representatives to join our team of customer experience champions! About the Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats. You'll communicate a variety of information to the customer, be an active listener, and help resolve customer inquiries. Your goal will be to provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction, making every interaction an unforgettable experience. You'll also have the opportunity to learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats
- Communicate a variety of information to the customer
- Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries
- Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction
- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled
- Reliable internet speed and broadband connection
- A secure area in the home to work from
- Ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
- Understanding that although this is a Work from Home position, you must be located in the Mesa / Phoenix area

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
