Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our claims coordination team. Your primary duties will include data entry of claims information, follow-up on missing information, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from our claims management systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information to support our team's decision-making
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the claims coordination team to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment (arenaflex will provide the necessary equipment)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in claims coordination or a related field

  • Familiarity with claims management systems and software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
